How fast will it arrive?
We offer the fast delivery of 48 Hour Royal Mail delivery as standard and for free on all of our items, so if you would like your delivery to be a little faster, then select 24 hour option (Royal Mail next business day) delivery at the checkout. We sell to the UK only currently.
Will it fit me? I have a small/big head
We are very confident that it will fit you due to the infinitely adjustable elastic straps behind the back of the head. If you find that the speakers aren’t perfectly aligned with your ears then simply unzip and slide the speakers into the ideal position.
What sort of warranty do you provide?
We are very proud to offer a 12 month warranty, meaning that if your SleepMaskz breaks due to a manufacturer fault then we will replace with a new one free of charge. There is the option to extend this to 2 years for an additional fee. We also offer a 60 day money back guarantee meaning that if you find it doesn’t entirely satisfy you for whatever reason we will provide a full refund.
How do I wash it?
Simply unzip your SleepMaskz using the little zipper at the top, then slide out the speakers and cables on the inside. Then please place it within the wash bag provided and place in your washing machine on a low temperature wash (below 10 degrees). Alternatively hand wash if you would prefer.
